Execution standard

To assure products are of the highest quality with long-term stability, our operation strictly follow the ISO9001:2008 quality management system. All of the products parameters measured by national standardized tools are in the calibration standard tolerance interval. The loading capacity parameters have passed the rotating and moving test. Specific “Destructive Testing” of our company’s is responsible to prove product compliance and in accordance with standard parameters. We also continually evaluate all competitive products to make sure our clients receive the best quality products at every price point.

Single wheel rolling test

Fix the single wheel in the horizontal test board and load the maximum capacity. Tie the wheel with horizontal line, add the weight through the pulley. Calculate the weight when the wheel roll at a distance of 1/2.

Turning function test

Firstly, the caster is fixed on fork of the equipment, shift the starting angle of the wheel upright to the equipment fork and load the maximum capacity, then turn the caster direction to inspect the turning tendency.

Life circle running test

Under the maximum capacity, the caster runs at a certain speed on the steel board so as to check the wheel rolling situation, noise and the tire distortion.

Other test

Including anti-corrupting test, drop test, impact test, material hardness test, brake life test and etc..
